The Scottish poet, Robert Burns, wrote, “O would some Power the gift would gie (give) us, to see ourselves as others see us!"  Well, it took almost 200 years, but in the 1970s video recording became affordable for us to indeed see ourselves as other see us.

Provide us with video (VCR or DVD) of yourself (or a client) giving a speech or being interviewed, and we’ll give you a detailed evaluation of your interview or presentation style. I’ll highlight the things you do well, so you will be aware of them and be able to replicate them. I’ll also point out areas for change.

If you don’t have any video, I’ll give you specific instructions on how to create one that gives me what I need for the evaluation.

Interview Rehearsals

Have an important upcoming interview and want to make sure you’re ready? Schedule an interview rehearsal session. We can meet in person or work over the phone or via video conference.

We'll review and refine your messages. Then we'll do a series of structured mock interviews with you so you’ll be able to clearly articulate your messages. Together we'll identify the most likely tough questions and practice how to answer them. The result? You'll be confident, convincing and quotable. during the interview.

Message Review

The longer you work on creating your messages, the easier it becomes to fall in love with them and lose objectivity. Our message review gives you an outside-party’s evaluation of your messages. Specifically, we evaluate:

• Do the messages help drive listeners to your desired result?

• How quotable are they?

• Do they address the audience's concerns and interests?

• Do they create vulnerabilities for you?

• What are some of the "killer" questions you will need to answer?
